SJB Projects provides a range of professional freelance / fee based estimating, quantity surveying and project management services across all sectors of the property and construction industry to Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Developers, Architects and Private clients.

 

We are based in Wivenhoe, just outside Colchester and offer our services throughout London, the South-East and the East of England.

We operate from the converted Wivenhoe Water Tower, a project carried out by SJB Projects during 2009.

SJB Projects provides detailed cost planning for Architects, Developers and Clients at those crucial early stages, we also provide the Client / Architect / with ongoing project QS support including interim valuations / drawdowns and certifications.

 

SJB Projects provides a Quantity Surveying service to Main Contractors and Subcontractors to assist where necessary in the various stages of a project or alternatively for the duration of a contract. These QS functions can be provided at Pre-contract stage where we can provide takeoffs and bills, general QS site support or Final Account resolution. 

 

SJB Projects also provides a professional quantity surveying service that covers the project and cost management roles associated with the running of commercial and residential construction projects for developers, private clients and self builders.

SJB Projects aims to provide this full range of services to suit your requirements, however small or large your project maybe and always at competitve fixed rates. This could range from residential extensions to multimillion pound schemes for a single day to long term positions.

We are currently involved with a number of clients where we offer a fixed percentage for the QS management of a project from Day 1 to Completion.

We also offer these clients a competitive fixed fee estimating service.
